CHESS LONDON LAUNCH PARTY

Located in the exclusive and prestigious private members club Home House in Central London Chess London, put together an impressive party.

At first I didn't know what to expect from the brand as I wasn't a ware of them, as they are really young and new, however elements of the collection were really well put together. It wasn't only me who thought so as the party was attended by footballers from the premier teams. It was a pleasure to meet and chat to the head designer Ali Riaz as well as CEO Claire Beattie, Keith Andrews who plays for West Bromwich Albion (Chess Director) and Jason Roberts (brand Ambassador) who plays for Reading.

The night was a success, the suit's were sharply cut with good attention to detail having some high quality finishes. Marrying classic tailoring  casual well. For a debut collection it has been designed and showcased with style. I think the modern man should definitely have a look at Chess London elements could be merged into the stylish mans wardrobe. I think we will be hearing a lot more of Chess London in the future.

THE NIKE X LIBERTY COLLECTION

For some reason I really love the Free 5.0 and especially the Nike Air Max 1. They both have that style which is still classic yet bang up to date.

We have seen a few collaborations from Nike and I think this a perfect partnership with Liberty Of London. Heritage and design come together with this collection it will celebrate the legacy and evolution of the brand’s running innovations over four remarkable decades of style. I think these would be cool addition to your summer footwear collection!

Launching on Monday 2nd of April purchase in store and online.

ASOS WITH VANS SS12 COLLECTION

The temperature has been heating up recently, I think it's time to start thinking about Spring/Summer attire.

Prints are massive right now I love the 1950's inspired printed shirts from Prada. I'm still regretting giving away my 1950 vintage shirt I found in a charity shop it was so kitch it had a cool beach scene of two people lounging in deck checks all over it it was just cool. I don't why I gave it to a charity shop *sadface*

However, if you can't afford Prada prices why don't you take a look at It's Nice That collection for ASOS. If you are not familiar with It's Nice That, it's basically a really cool magazine/journal of all things creative in the areas of Graphic Design, Illustration. Photography etc it's current and fresh.

ASOS have again collaborated with It's Nice That to produce five quirky and really interesting Hawaiian style prints on Hawaiian shirts. I really like the energy in the collection. Talented artists Jonathan Zawanda, Michael Willis, Mike Perry, Mario Hugo and Hisham Bharoocha have come with their own unique twist to the range. If your the confident type of person who likes to stand out, then this style of shirt is for you. It's all about fun for the summer. Team these with a cool pair of light weight Trousers, Jean, Shorts adding some cool Sandals or Superga's and your ready to go! Which design do you like and what would you style this with? Please leave a comment below.
